Right click stops working in Apple iWork’s Pages

A small but annoying little bug has shown it’s face in Apple iWork’s Pages. After using Pages for a little while, right-clicking just stops working. I am using a Magic Mouse with my MacBook Pro, and have only recently been bugged by this problem. Before I would just have to restart Pages, and that would fix the problem, for a little while again. The second time it happened today, I decided to check if there were any solutions for it.
The quick fix (although not permanent) was to scroll (two fingers) on the trackpad (whether on your MacBook Pro, or Trackpad). That would enable right clicking right away. So whenever right-clicking becomes disabled again, just scrolling on my trackpad ‘fixes’ it, temporarily anyways… It at least makes it bearable.
I haven’t quite figured out where the problem lies, but it could be because of third party software I use for my Magic Mouse and Trackpad: BetterTouchTool; although I have no idea why. Have been using BTT for as long as I have had a Magic Mouse, and loving it. If I find out more I will update.
